Stayed 1 night. Large room and everything was ok.

Nice good service

Getting old, but rooms still ok. Service is not much available.

The room smelled of smoke and mold, the facilities were old, the shower head was broken, and the water supply was blocked. The service staff is slightly better than the environment. Went for breakfast around 9:00 and some of the dishes were almost gone.

In the first room, the living room had no stools, no sofas, and no TV. The table was covered with a layer of dust when I touched it with my hands. I called the front desk and said that was like this. How can a five-star hotel not have a single stool? After contacting another person to change rooms, your bathroom doesn’t have a door? Bathrobe without straps? The bathtub is obviously stained. Is this your five-star hotel standard?

The hotel service is very good. Manager Xu’s service is good. I will come again next time.
