The room is average, the service attitude is surprisingly poor!

The room layout is OK.

I chose to stay at my parents' house for a week this time. I made the reservation 2 months in advance. On the third day of my stay, I privately asked for a price increase. The bed sheets were not changed if I extended my stay. It felt so bad. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It's impossible to live there again

The bed is hard and there is no breakfast

It's a standard hotel, not cost-effective, nor expensive. I brought my mother here and booked a room for the elderly. After placing an order online, the hotel only provided the information of the booker, which could not be found, and even sent a screenshot. The hotel manager might be the elderly, so I had to take the phone to show him the order. When I extended the stay online later, the hotel manager acted as if he didn't know, and I had to take the phone to go in person! The convenience and intelligence of the hotel are very poor, and the room has some odor (the above are all very real comments, please forgive me if it is offensive)

The facilities are complete and the hygiene is good.

Very bad, poor front desk service, poor hygiene, poor sound insulation, the hotel is too old

It's OK. I originally booked a king-size bed, but the room was very small. Later I changed to a standard room which was slightly larger.
