1.我預訂之前是打過電話諮詢大床房和高級大床房的區別的，你們説比較大，所以我才定了高級大床房。
2.你們第1晚給我安排的333和第2晚換的212面積明顯小了，你們硬説333也是高級大床房，你們高級大床房的大小不一樣？我在義烏那邊住高級大床房也是比333大的，難道你們橫店的標準可以自定義標準？
我覺得就是第一天入住晚上八點才去到，你們將高級大床房都賣光，剩下大床房給我，然後我叫你們退差價，你們拒絕，五一的房價可不便宜，以高級大床房的價格賣大床房，難道攜程訂房就這麼沒有保障？
