I spent a wonderful 3-day stay at the Hermitage with my wife. The staff is helpful, courteous and prepared; the location is simply fabulous: you can see the respect for the original structure and the surrounding nature. Breakfast for 10! Central location with respect to all the sites of greatest interest. If we just had to make one note, in our opinion the bathroom should be modernized while respecting the original atmosphere. We will definitely be back. P. S.: the Arabic fountain that runs through practically the entire structure deserves to be studied in hydraulic engineering faculties!

Luogo magico e incantevole. Sito storico eccezionale per shooting fotografici ma anche luogo ideale di relax. Staff molto cordiale e professionale. Camera molto curata nei dettagli e accessori di qualità. Menù ricco e qualitativamente superiore. Senz'ombra di dubbio struttura altamente consigliata, da vedere e fotografare almeno una volta nella vita.

The place is beautiful . Rooms are super comfy. Personnel is always ready to help. Restaurant is 5 Star. We are delighted to come back any time soon! Perfect romantic weekend in Sicily. Other friends stayed too and were as happy as us. Breakfast a must!

Located out in the fields about 10 km from town. The hotel privately owned is old world & beautiful. Hotel staff are very friendly & helpful. We had a room with a lovely balcony, were we sat each night. Very comfortable beds. The restaurant carries the prices of the Michelin hat it achieve in 2018. We did not eat there as we did not fancy the menu, but mainly the 4 euro cover charge p/p the highest cover charge we have seen in the 10 weeks we have been in Italy & Sicily. The breakfast is lovely, a large variety on offer, The first breakfast offer where the hot food is actually hot. The only negative the cleaners do not include the balcony in their cleaning routine, our table was filthy & a sun chair had droppings on it reception tried to tell us it may have rained????? beautiful blue skies, & if so why wasn't it cleaned during our stay.

I stayed nine nights in this Sicilian paradise. Full of history and tranquillity. The goodness of the food and the kindness of Mr Dario in fulfilling my every wish made my trip to Sicily unforgettable. Relaxing by the pool reading my books, all the excursions they offer including the experience on the boat that made me smell the real Sicily. I will gladly return

Great hotel, a former monastery. Super friendly staff who cater to all requests. The breakfast buffet was sensational, including homemade honey and a variety of homemade sweet and savoury dishes. A German-speaking hotel employee named Dario was also very friendly and helped me with many questions regarding excursions and leisure activities.
