The staff were very helpful. They helped me to bring the heavy luggage upstairs no matter check-in and check-out. The reception ladies were cheerful and very nice. I will come again and recommend to my friends.

Nice market town. Visit on Wednesday for market. Great choice for breakfast, full English, fruit, pastries. Always choose the smoked salmon.

Dorchester is a good centre from which to explore Dorset. The Wessex Royale Best Western provided a good base.

Staff here are very polite and welcoming, a credit to the company. I was put in a small room in the courtyard which was very clean with all the things you’d expect as well as hot chocolate and biscuits. Downside of that room location is you are right next to a car park, so was noisy and did not get the best sleep. Didn’t have any food so can’t comment on that.

Fab stay in a lovely hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast very tasty with plenty of choice. Everyone greeted us and it provided a nice atmosphere. We would recommend and return! Well situated in Dorchester around pubs and restaurants.

Spent 2 days on a short break. Comfortable room, nicely fitted bathroom but shower water pressure fairly poor Good breakfast with plenty of choices, decent bar in the evening. Friendly staff with plenty of advice for local activities & restaurants

A great stay in this "old school" hotel. Very comfortable and great facilities. The breakfast choice was fantastic and was a fast efficient service. The location was excellent and there was parking on site. By far the best feature was the friendly helpful staff who could not do enough for us. A special thanks to Cary, she would be an asset to any organization We will defiantly return!.
