We had a fabulous stay . Jocelyn and Karl are amazing hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was so spacious and luxurious. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Loved it so much we are already planning our return next year.

Great central location for sightseeing and walking along the Dorset coast and beautiful countryside. Carl & Jocelyn were lovely friendly hosts who gave us lots of tips for places to visit. Thank you!

This is a gem, location is perfect the rooms are stunning. The hosts are the best and will do everything to make sure your stay is perfect. They are friendly and have good knowledge of local area and will offer advice when requested. The hotel is central and ideal for visiting the Dorset area. Rooms are large and the best are just right, soft and firm at the same time. Breakfast is 5 stars all day long and is fresh cooked so you wait, but wile you wait hot fresh pastry’s are served and gallons of hot coffee and tea. We love it and have been coming here for many years and will continue to do so.

Fantastic place to stay, rooms were big and comfortable, breakfast was outstanding. Definitely go with Karl and Jocelyn’s recommendations for eating out we had two fabulous meals and visited the Roman house.

Fabulous friendly guest house based in central Dorchester . We had to book very last minute as a family member was admitted to Dorchester hospital ( 10 min walk away) . Karl and Jocelyn are very welcoming and friendly. Rooms are very comfortable and clean . Breakfast was excellent. Definitely recommend.
