Popular Dortmund 4-star Hotels

It’s really a shame… this hotel is mostly totally fine, and I love that it was so convenient to the train station. But the beds are AWFUL. I mean *bad*. It’s like sleeping on top of a table… so hard, I’d wake up with numb fingers, hands, and feet. The pillows filled with crumbly material deflate immediately as well, making it just impossible to get a good night of sleep. It’s a shame, really!

The hotel is very good, the first time I booked the suite is good, the second time because I did not book a business room, I found that the business room orientation is the front of the hotel, the standard room orientation is close to the high speed on the back of the hotel, but the sound insulation is not too noisy, hotel parking If the indoors are 20 euros, the open-air gate is 10 euros, and there is a parking lot next to the hotel's open-air parking lot. It is 7 euros, but this parking seems to be unattended. The first afternoon to go there, I did not see the management staff. A cabin was closed. After checking out the next morning, I saw that someone was waiting to collect the money. It felt like it was cheap but not safe.

When I went there happened to be an exhibition, the location was very good, very close to the subway and the city center, the room was obviously just renovated, the smell is a bit, so the window is open during the day, I think I will stay again next time . The very bright room was also a big problem because I could hear any noise from the neighbouring rooms. The breakfast was a great disappointment, as low-quality goods were used, the cheapest available on the market. All in all, this was the last time I stayed in this hotel. On the second day I went to a bakery in the morning. Unfortunately, I can't make a recommendation for this hotel and advise potential guests to look after a better option. Very nice hotel, wonderful rooms, large, spacious and stylish, with terrace. Very clean. Free car parking. Location of the hotel is not far from city center. Staff at reception was really helpful and professional. Everything was great! The only things I didn't like were: no fridge in the room and small bathroom.

Good front desk service, poor breakfast service! I have been to Germany on business several times, and I have never seen such a waiter. I would video with my family in the morning. I used headphones and talked for a while. A male waiter nodded my arm and called me quiet! Because I am alone and abroad, I don't want to have any security risks. I endured it and hung up the video. By the way, the restaurant is not very big. The top few foreigners diagonally across from me are also talking, and I can hear them. Two people at the table next to me are also talking. My voice is about the same height as theirs. I am a Chinese, so call me quiet? Really the first time I met! Stayed for two nights, I didn't eat breakfast here the next day, really a very poor waiter. Of course most of the foreigners I met are still very friendly!

Outstanding hotel! Exceptionally clean. Great service. Friendly staff. Very easy access to major roads and freeways. Plenty of parking. Truly a 4 star US equivalent in quality and room size. One of the best European hotels I've stayed in.

The price is very convenient. The location is very beautiful and Turkish restaurants are on the street. The room is a front number. The tea Water coffee is all available and the tea heating is available. I want to come back to a great place.

Excellent city hotel in perfect vicinity to the city centre, the train station and the German football museum! Beautiful, cozy furnished lobby and bar. Extraordinary, wonderful, varied breakfast until 12:00! Here is everything the heart wants! Very friendly, helpful staff. Very nice, clean and well equipped rooms. Absolute wellness hotel. We can recommend this house of best conscience and have been allowed to spend a wonderful weekend in Dortmund here as a family (2 Erw. + 1 child)! We are very happy to come back. Continue so!
