Je suis ravi de partager mon feedback très positif sur mon séjour prolongé dans K Hotel. J'ai passe plus d'un mois et le service était de tres haut niveau et l'attention aux détails offerts par tout le personnel est remarquable. La propreté irréprochable de ma chambre et des espaces communs a contribué à créer un environnement confortable et accueillant. De plus, la qualité des repas servis au restaurant de l'hôtel a été un véritable régal pour mes papilles. Ce qui a vraiment fait la différence pour moi, c'est l'attitude chaleureuse et professionnelle de l'équipe. Chaque membre du personnel, du personnel de la réception aux femmes de chambre, a veillé à ce que mon séjour soit mémorable. Leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité ont vraiment rendu mon séjour agréable et sans souci. Juste un petit point qui va certainement être amélioré daks les prochains mois sachant que l'hôtel est nouveau, la salle de sport est relativement étroite et le parking est un peu éxegu mais le personnel du parking sont toujours là pour aider les clients. En conclusion, je tiens à féliciter toute l'équipe de cet hôtel pour son excellent service et son dévouement envers les clients. Mon séjour a été une expérience inoubliable et je n'hésiterais pas à revenir, et recommander K Hotel a tout mon entourage. Merci pour cet accueil chaleureux et pour avoir rendu mon séjour aussi confortable et mémorable.

We really enjoyed K Hotel. We have stayed in hotels all over Africa and this was one of our favorite hotels. The quality was wonderful the service friendly and helpful and the food was fresh and delicious.

Loved the hotel but the highlight is definitely the staff. Everyone was incredibly nice, kind and accommodating. The room was great, comfortable bed and everything you need for a short or long stay. Buffet was always great as well as the pool bar/restaurant. Highly recommend it.

Everything about this hotel speaks to exceptional customer service. From the moment you step in, you are welcomed by Henri, Angela and Danielle the hostess, Azz in the restaurant and Joyce by the pool bar. I was treated as a valued guest throughout my stay, the amenities, the service, the smell in the passages is absolutely remarkable. I would highly recommend the place and will definitely return.
