We've stayed at the mannin hotel on numerous occasions, but not for just over a year. Welcome into the hotel, check in, room all up to high standards. Comfortable nights sleep, as before as normal. Sadly the restaurant has declined. We both had the chicken with coconut cream and curry sauce. The chicken had been overcooked and was dry, the sauce was also dry (what there was of it). Breakfast next morning not much better. Poached egg was superb, but the bacon and back pudding were both dry and like chewing cardboard. Shame as it spoilt an otherwise wonderful stay which I'd booked for my wife's birthday. Please get the restaurant back on track guys

I had broken my wrist and all the staff could not have been more helpful in taking care of me. When it seemed like I might not make my flight they kept my room on hold. The night porter made sure I was safe on my return from A&E in the middle of the night.
Sometimes the best way to judge a hotel is not just by the bricks and mortar, but by the people who run it. On that basis, this hotel is truly world class.

Been staying here for about 4 years on and off. The hotel is looking dingy. Our bedroom had a coffee stain on carpet. Also very limited choice for breakfast. I like yoghurt with fruit. No dried fruit and rarely a banana. Porridge was good. Staff were pleasant but some ignored you at breakfast. Hope the hotel will get back to its prior high standard.

Just returned from 5 nights at the Mannin what an absolutely lovely hotel. Room was spacious and clean, if you need your room making up you just put sign on the door in the morning and towels were replaced and tea/coffee replenished including bottled water which was a nice touch. Breakfast was an excellent choice of hot and cold. As I have coeliac disease they catered very well for me gf bread and cereals. We ate at the restaurant 3 evenings plenty to choose on menu and food was excellent. They changed the menu of our last evening we chose the stroganoff my compliments to the chef it was superb. Definitely recommend this hotel we had a fantastic stay.

My husband and I stayed here March 2024, Easter weekend for 1 night. We booked DBB and we were very impressed when we were able to order whatever we wanted from the dinner menu, without having to pay a supplement. We both had fillet steak for mains and it was sublime. The food was delicious. The receptionist and the Bar manager were both extremely helpful and friendly. The seal of our bath had worn a bit so the bath wouldn’t fill up properly but someone came to see to it and we were then able to use it. The rooms were immaculate. Very happy.

The hotel is very comfortable and the rooms spacious. The staff were very helpful and all pleasant. The breakfast was very good and we had dinner in the dining room which was excellent with good choice. It is in a very good location in Douglas. There is a bus stop close by which takes you to and from the airport which was very handy. I would say an ideal location.

Excellent hotel, professional and charming staff. Decent food, comfortable rooms with a small safe, complimentary wi-fi, and everything working, and underground parking. Reasonable prices for this standard of hotel, recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mannin hotel. We arrived early and were allowed to go to our room. All the staff were very friendly and polite and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast each day was lovely with plenty of choice. I loved the design of the hotel, especially with the internal balconies. The bed was comfy and the room was really nice. We will definitely be returning here 🙂
