一般吧，沒有空調是真挺熱的，而且附近也沒啥能吃的東西交通並不方便，在別的地方不划算，但是島上因為都是這個價格也不得不接受

Perfect location. Welcoming, cosy. All round faultless. Staff so friendly. Breakfast buffet top class. Lovely lounge n bar with piano playing in evening. Would be my first choice hotel to return to. Thank you for making my stay so special. x

We have just returned from a pleasant break in the Isle of Man and this hotel. We had booked a sea view room with walk-in shower, which was a good size and had all the amenities you would expect with a lovely view across the bay. The room was serviced every day. Having Sky Sports in the room was a bonus for my husband! We ate in both the restaurant and bar and enjoyed everything we had. Breakfast had just about everything you could want. My husband has mobility issues and the staff were very helpful in assisting with our luggage, without having to ask. As per other reviews, at peak times it could be a little frustrating waiting for the one lift, but this can be said of hotels with more than one lift. Should we return to the island we would be happy to stay here again.

My wife and I have just spent four nights here on the 3rd floor. Room with a sea view was large and comfortable and very quiet. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Only minor complaint about the room was a shower curtain which I hate but the design of the room probably precludes a shower screen. Nice bath too. We ate in the Piano Bar each night where the food was both excellent and plentiful. Buffet breakfast was good too. Ideal location on the promenade being equidistant between the steam railway and the electric railway. If you don't have a car, you don't need one anyway, buy a Go Explore card. Fantastic value and can be used on all the transport options. All in all a fabulous place for a short break.
