Lovely hotel. The service was exceptional, I can't praise the staff enough. The room was cosy and had nice views to the seafront. The breakfast was delicious and there was a good choice (no veggie option but it was still possible to order only the non-meat options like eggs and mushrooms). I would definitely recommend this hotel

I have stayed here a few times recently, always had an excellent experience, I would recommend the apartments as they are really good value for the size of the accommodation. Breakfasts are very good when I have chance to have it. Rooms are serviced daily unlike a lot of hotels these days.

Fantastic family run hotel. Food amazing as were the staff. Spacious room with excellent bathroom. Bar with option for food in the evening, all reasonably priced. Unable to find fault (and I am picky) with the stay and location was great for what we wanted.

We have been for brunch a few times now and are never disappointed. The staff are friendly and attentive and the food is very good in a pleasant and spotlessly clean setting. For something different, try the green shaksuka and for a treat go for the gypsy toast!

Five of us stayed in The Welbeck for a few days. We stayed in a lovely apartment which was really comfortable. The staff were friendly and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfasts and evening meals were excellent. We would definitely return.

We only visited for our breakfast and evening meals, the staff looked after us to a point they asked if our friend was feeling better after a day he missed his breakfast. The breakfast were outstanding as were the evening meals Would highly recommend

We came straight from the ferry port and parked just up the road from the hotel on the street parking which is free all day. Check in was easy and after a little misunderstanding regarding our booking we also had breakfast sorted and help with our bags to the room. The room is furnished to suit the hotel, in that it's not exactly modern but more functional, but it suited our needs. The kitchenette area was extremely useful and we used the bed settee with the two kids using the twin bed room. The breakfast was from a menu with the usual options which gave enough variety over the length of our stay and was freshly prepared and tasted great. All in all a great place to stay, location wise and the hotel as a whole.

Lovely hotel, beach and bus stop at bottom of road, 2 minutes walk away. Staff were very friendly and helpful, hotel was very clean, rooms were well equipped, breakfast and dinner was delicious. The bar had a happy hour in the evening. We will definitely visit again. Thank you.

What a wonderful hotel. Beautifully placed for the promenade and bus to the airport. Bathroom excellent and modern. Staff helpful. Town a short walk. Front steps a bit perilous in the rain, so take your time. Central heating very welcome. All in all very homely.
