I have stayed at this hotel several times before and love it, not only because of its proximity to the airport, but also because of the Al Seef promenade. You have excellent restaurants close by and the stroll along the promenade at night is just amazing. Away from the fuzz and buzz!! I was a bit disapponted with the breakfast this time as in the 3 days they did not offer Humus, which is a must in Dubai. I hope the include it again!!!!

The staff was super friendly and helpful and the Hotel's location was perfect; opposite the Gold Souk Metro Station. Very clean, and the breakfast a great spread. Hospitality was more than what we expected, especially there was a boy called Zin who went out of his way to take care of us. I would highly reccommend this hotel...

Our stay was so good. The place the ambiance is very relaxing. Good color of choice for designs in the room. Bed is so soft. You can rest very well. This hotel area is safe to stay so no worries because this area is not crowded & many people. We had a great time. I will probably book again for nedt vacation. Thanks to everyone in the hotel so friendly.

I have travelled and stayed in hotels around the world but I never met staff who showed so much willingness to make customers enjoy their stay. Our apartment was spacious and kept clean all the time, for breakfast we were spoiled for choice and thanks to an amazing “certified waitographer who helped is with a family photo every morning, its a pity I cant remember her name but if she sees the attached photo she will remember us. The ever smiling Jenny at reception welcomed us and made us feel at home immediately. Thanks to all the team, in the dinning room your job is difficult but you all kept wonderful smiles. I would give Residence Hotel by Marriott, Al Jaddaf 1000/10 stars!! ✨✨✨ There is honestly Not One single fault from the beginning of my stay to the end that can I can mention. Residence Inn is the main reason why my stay in Dubai was so memorable and filled with happy memories and positive vibes , as from the minute I made a reservation with Ms Temnit, everything was so smooth ,friendly. Her kind demeanor made her feel as if she was my long time friend, she made sure that I was pleased from the get go, and went the farthest to ensure my happiness. Ms Heida and the front desk are always very helpful and considerate. Ms Frauke, Director of the hotel, is so down to earth and connects with the guests on a personal level. She has such an amicable personality, and is constantly seen during the breakfast, making sure that we are all happy and listens to every single need no matter how big or how small. Speaking of breakfast, you will not find a fresher, more delicious , wide array of a delicious breakfast buffet. Also the most wonderful team I have ever met , head by Mr. Pankaj and his colleagues, including Ms Sarah and Mr. Silver, who are the most kind, gentle , caring and patient people I have ever met in any hotel in the world that I have ever stayed in. Housekeeping is top notch ! And not a single fault ! All thanks to Ms. Janet and her great management of her wonderful, kind, professional housekeeping team. In addition of course to comfortable beds , spacious kitchen, complete with all amenities, everything was running smooth and professional without even me having to mention anything. And as if it couldn’t get any better, they planned a pleasant surprise which made us so happy when we came back at night to our room to find that they had arranged a special surprise for me and my husband for our wedding anniversary. My kids were so delighted, and I was beyond words ! When I return to Dubai, there is no way I would ever consider staying at another hotel, and I strongly advise anyone who wants to have a relaxing trip and a good time to book a room here so they won't have any worries or issues at all. I want to express my sincere gratitude to Marriot and Residence Inn for such a fantastic staff to maintain this hotel's position as the best in the world. I genuinely believe that everyone here is family, and I’m certain that my needs are being watched after and met in a manner that is both 100% welcoming and professional.

Co located in a shopping and office building there is plenty on hand to assist a stay. The Carrefour Market on the ground floor opposite the hotel lobby is extremely handy. Unfortunately, it does add to the time spent in lifts as they traverse the shopping and office levels. The hotel is not flash and is a little tired in decor, but the staff are pleasant and helpful even though they may be short of numbers for the busy times. Breakfast in the Tulip Restaurant is a good spread with many varieties of food available including a live omelette station. It’s also a pleasant view over the lagoon. The 11th floor rooms are a good size but the view can be a little drab when faced with the empty office block. The decor tiredness reveals itself in the lingering smoke smell even though the floor is a designated non-smoking zone. As to overall value, I can’t really give any pointers as I didn’t pick up the tab for my seven night stay.

The famed Atlantis – The Palm needs no special introduction. It is my second visit to Atlantis, after my time at Sanya, China. This place is absolutely beautiful and comes with the world's largest waterpark, you can't find a place more complete for a fun stay in Dubai dare I say. The rooms were a little old in terms of design, wasn't as clean as I'd expect, but it was manageable. Incredibly overpriced if I may be honest but well, if you're coming to Dubai, and wanted to try the waterpark, I mean, this is certainly a must-stay! Guest services and concierge were tip top quality though, very friendly and helpful.
