Thank you so much to all the staff in Double Tree you made my family holiday an amazing experience.Your service is spot on. I have travelled and stayed in hotels around the world but I never met staff who showed so much willingness to make customers enjoy their stay. Our apartment was spacious and kept clean all the time, for breakfast we were spoiled for choice and thanks to an amazing “certified waitographer who helped is with a family photo every morning, its a pity I cant remember her name but if she sees the attached photo she will remember us. The ever smiling Jenny at reception welcomed us and made us feel at home immediately. Thanks to all the team, in the dinning room your job is difficult but you all kept wonderful smiles. Nice hotel view of Deira Creek. Location is close to Union Metro station. I love my stay there. Excellent breakfast. They have a good variety of food . Vegetarian, Indian and western as well as some thing for kids . Overall excellent stay here and would recommend this hotel. See the photo of the breakfast buffet, that is only one part. Variety of cheese to choose from 😁

When i arrived at the reception I was quickly greeted and checked in. The staff were very friendly znd gave me information to my questions. Anoop was very helpful in getting me transportation. At the Grandstand Celso and Jane was very friendly in providing service. At the Pastry shop, Nurjan was always with a smile and came quickly to assist. The most facinating part was that Celso will pour my favirite drink as soon as i came in. This is all about knowing your customers. This was My first trip and i have wondeful memories at your hotel. I commend the management in hiring great talent. Thank you PS If there was 10 stars, they all deserve it

the hotel is walking distance from union metro station and you can go to many places by metro. cleaning is excellent. breakfast did not appeal to us. We couldn't sit at the table we wanted for breakfast, we were shown the table we would sit on every day, this was ridiculous. As soon as we got up, someone else was sitting in our place. Please don't show a table, let everyone sit wherever they want! We were upset that the hotel did not have a transfer service to the airport. Despite the other negatives, I give 5 stars for the cleanliness of the room.

Hotel location and service are very good, but the facilities, health and breakfast are very general. When booking, Chinese is written in two beds, but there are discrepancies with English. Because there are two colleagues living, there is no way to add AED400 to a suite. Fortunately, the hotel gave a room with two beds on the second day, otherwise it would cost a lot, and the overall feeling was not too satisfactory.

The location was situated within walking distance of the metro, so that was appreciated. It was in a nice area that did not feel touristy at all, but still with lots of solid restaurant and cafe options. The service was fantastic and everyone was quite friendly. I arrived very early in the morning and while they did not have my room ready (which is totally understandable), they provided me with some tea and breakfast while I waited for the room to be serviced. The front desk receptionist also provided me with a public transportation card as well! Overall it was an excellent experience and a great value if you are looking to stay for somewhere a bit cheaper in Dubai.

Hotel location is superb with very easy access to Baniya Square metro station, day to day Mart around the corner and very lively until late in the night. Cleanliness is fairly alright though the room we checked in had a smoking smell even after spraying air freshers.

There is a lobby boy who can help with luggage and valet parking. It is very close to old souq and Al Fahidi and Al seef, within walking distance. The transportation nearby is super convenient: it is a three-minute walk from the subway station, a two-three-minute walk from the pier (you can go to Dubai Marina, Palm Island or the Diera area on the other side), and there is also the E100 bus to Abu Dhabi. It is very suitable for travelers who are not in a hurry and have a limited budget but pursue quality.

I went to that hotel with my 11 years son and wife we were all very satisfied with the accommodation, the staff was also very helpful, and it has the best location.
