A great comfortable stay with excellent breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Even though we booked 2 rooms for 4 nights , early checkin was an issue though and we had to wait from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm in the hotel lobby to get a room while we were dead tired from our long flight from Amsterdam. Atleast guests waiting should be offered a shower and a drink /lunch if rooms are not available for early checkin. Rest of the stay excellent as per Crown plaza standards 👌. We definitely would recommend the hotel to stay again in Dubai.

I stay there for a business trip and the staffs were very friendly and helpful. The bakery from the breakfast was excellent and the coffee was not very good which they may need to improve more. The Thai restaurant is great and you may try that out when you stay there. Very easy walkable distance to the JBR beach area, and there are plenty of food and chilled places around the area.
