Flora Creek Deluxe Hotel Apartments

Flora Creek Deluxe Hotel Apartments

Deira Dubai|1.98km from Holy Trinity Church
Staying at Flora Creek Apartment is a very good experience. Since the flight arrived in Dubai early in the morning, we arrived at the hotel lobby at 6:00 in the morning. According to regulations, we could only check in in the afternoon. The receptionist is very attentive, please rest in the lobby until 9:00 am to check in early. And upgrade us to a two-bedroom apartment by the creek for free. Staying in a hotel in Dubai requires a tourist tax of Dh20 per room per night. We originally booked a two-bedroom apartment with children’s room which contained 3 rooms, so the tourist tax was 60 Dhs/night. The upgraded two-bedroom apartment at the creekside contains 2 rooms, so the tourist tax is 40 dirhams/night. The upgraded room type also saved us a small fee. The two-bedroom apartment we stayed in is on the first floor, which is equivalent to the third floor in China. The apartment is two bedrooms, two living rooms, 2.5 bathrooms with kitchen and laundry room. Two bedrooms each have a bathroom. One bedroom is a double bed room with a cloakroom, and the other bedroom is a standard room with two beds. The living room and kitchen share a large balcony, and the door to the balcony is inside the kitchen. The two bedrooms share another large balcony, and the door to the balcony is in the standard room. The balcony door was locked when you first checked in. You can ask the front desk to unlock it. The equipment in the apartment is relatively complete: the kitchen has a dishwasher, an induction cooker, a range hood, an electric kettle, a refrigerator with freezing and refrigeration, knives, kitchen paper towels, cutting boards, plates, small bowls, knives and forks, water cups, and saucepans And wok (recommend some chopsticks). There is a drum washing machine in the laundry room but no dryer. There are irons and ironing boards in the ironing room, as well as mobile drying racks. There are bath towels, towels, shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom, toothbrush cups, no toothbrushes and toothpaste, and hair dryers. If the hotel equipment fails, call the front desk, and the engineer will quickly come to solve it. It should be noted that there is a water heater switch outside each bathroom and in the kitchen. The water heater switch needs to be turned on to have hot water. The creekside apartment is facing south and overlooks Dubai Creek. Facing a big road, the sight is wide but there is a lot of traffic. At night, when the balcony door is closed, I don't feel noisy, and I sleep peacefully. The soundproofing of the apartment is good. Although the apartment we live in is close to the elevator entrance, we can hardly hear the sound from the next door or the corridor. Due to the large area of the apartment (118 square meters), it is not boring to stay in the hotel all day. Cook three meals a day by yourself, and the days are fulfilling and relaxing. Hotel location is very good. The Deira City Centre subway station is less than 5 minutes walk away, and the Deira City Centre shopping mall is across the subway station. The shopping mall is very large, and there is a Carrefour supermarket in it; there is a new crown nucleic acid testing center in the shopping mall's parking lot. About 10 minutes walk from the hotel, there is a Chinese supermarket-Wen Chao. After a 30-minute walk across the river, there is a park with a ticket of 5 dirhams. There are lawns, gardens, barbecue areas, and children’s play areas. The hotel staff are very friendly and will actively greet each other every day when entering and leaving, and then take their temperature. Faiyar at the front desk always asked us whether we were satisfied with our stay and helped us press the elevator button. We checked-out at 3 in the morning and he was full of energy to go through the procedures for us and print out the paper nucleic acid report. The security guard Paoba was also very enthusiastic and helped us carry our luggage. The driver Amea took us to the airport and chatted with us on the way, hoping to meet again in the future. Life in Dubai is also very easy. Everyone speaks English and is very friendly. Dubai is very tolerant. There are people from all over the world who dress according to their own customs, and don't force their headscarves and veils. Women are indeed less common outside than men, but they are also respected and do not feel unsafe. All in all, Dubai is a great place for leisure and travel, and Flora Creek Apartment is a great apartment hotel. Will choose here next time I come to Dubai with my family.

Dunes Hotel Apartment Oud Metha

Bur Dubai Dubai|0.63km from Holy Trinity Church
I stayed for 8 nights in this hotel in Dubai, during a trip to the United Arab Emirates with my wife. The hotel is located in a very quiet area, in the Bur Dubai district, near the Oud Metha metro stations (approximately 800 meters from the hotel) and Dubai Healthcare city (approximately 600 meters). Don't be fooled by the distance from the metro (not too far anyway), also because the metro is not as widespread as in European and American cities, so having a station close to the hotel is really essential (very often in Dubai the metro station can even be several km away). The hotel is truly exceptional! We were assigned a double room which to define as such is an understatement, it was a real suite of around 70 m2 in which there was a mega kitchen-living room with a sofa, two armchairs and a table, TV with home theater system and telephone. The part used as a kitchen was not lacking in anything, there was in fact: fridge with freezer, washing machine, hob, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, crockery and pots, hood and huge table with 4 chairs. But that is not all! In the bedroom (also huge) we had a very comfortable double bed, another TV, a huge built-in wardrobe, a dresser with mirror and lamp and even a touch button with which to signal to the outside the desire not to be disturbed or to request the daily room cleaning. The bathroom was no exception, there was even a bidet (you read that right), as well as a sink, toilet and bathtub with shower. Finally, there was also a hairdryer, while in the bedroom there was also a safe, an iron and an ironing board in a special compartment of the wardrobe. Another happy note is the price, for 8 nights in a double room we paid the equivalent of approximately 520 euros (2027 AED). If you think that's all, you're wrong! Every day you will be provided with a free do-it-yourself breakfast set (instant coffee and herbal teas), two bottles of water and all the bathroom products (soaps, body cream, towels). The icing on the final cake is represented by the swimming pool with hydromassage jets on the first floor of the hotel. The water was very warm and being little frequented by hotel guests it was truly the ideal place to relax. Here too, towels are provided for the deckchairs and there is always a lifeguard present despite the maximum depth being less than 2 metres, while in the small pool (my favourite) the depth was one metre, so it felt like being in a swimming pool a spa rather than a swimming pool. The hotel also offers a paid breakfast service and nearby there is a ”Grandiose” supermarket where you can buy everything at low prices, even hot dishes prepared every day in the food area (which we purchased and heated in the microwave in the room). Daily cleaning at a convenient time (12:00), other

The hotel is small, newly opened, clean and tidy. The breakfast was not very varied, but it was exquisite and delicious. The service was good. There was no change at the museum the next day, and we enthusiastically took us to a nearby shop for the wrong change. Next time I go to this hotel.

The hotel is clean, but small. There is basically nothing inside, a bit like a domestic holiday express. The sound insulation is very poor, the room next door is separated from your room by a door. The location is very remote, and there is no place to eat within 2 kilometers of the surrounding area. Most of the people who live here are tourist groups, so don't come here for personal travel or business trips.

One of the best and cleanest hotel I ever stayed in this hotel definitely will return. One downside but wouldn’t affect the 5 stars rating. Is the hotel breakfast everyday the hot food section is the same (curry, potatoes, chicken sausage and turkey bacon) no other variation of hot food. I gave my feedback to the hotel manager and chef like (sautéed veggies, mushroom and some eggs etc) but no one took my feedback seriously!! I guess my next visit wouldn’t be including the hotel breakfast anymore.

Talk about the disadvantages first, no windows and no ventilation, coupled with the impact of the epidemic, it is very scary, and then this hungry hotel's ordering service is too much, basically eat in the room, you need to hit more than 10 minutes each time to be connected , At least twenty calls! !! !! !! !! Will be mad, other service staff are good, just the order department, serve!
