Accomodation nothing as described.Pool has been under maintenance for the last 3 months that no one made us aware off.On the night of check in they clearly stated pool operating times as normal.Took a whole day for someone to contact us and promised us we could use the pool at the building across that we thought was corporation but we were declined access.Once again they do not respond to calls or messages.No cleaning of the room included, message them to deliver clean towels have to wait hours for it.Same cold breakfast option everyday and they do not provide milk for the coffee.Not even a message or call since arrival to ask if everything is ok.Worse accomodation we experienced ever.Description when booked does not match anything besides the view from the balcony.

Mostly for business, I travelled a great distance around the world. This time I was lucky to chose Unlock Water Edge and travelled to Dubai for brief vacation. Little studio flat yet really cosy! Clean and the Lenin were very contemporary. There are all the conveniences you need to keep going. This is appropriate for people who truly capture the silence in centre of the metropolis. Given the cost, the location and the amenities offered have great value! It pays for every single dime. Purchase your grosary from the supermarket below; prepare or request delivery; do your breakfast your style! Your time! You also have 24/7 backup services, in addition to the free swimming pool and gym. Park your car free without hurry. I will be there next time; I enjoyed the place. Highly recommended for location, cleanliness, simplicity, peace of mind for leisure or work. A hotel in style yet homy in everything else!

Excellent accommodation and rooms food test is awesome. Building is having Gym and Excellent view and canal for walking. Services are swift and prompt Hosts are very cooperative and address any issues swiftly. Thank you unlock and we look forward to coming back again

Small lobby. Good for family . Staff is so friendly and helpful.. I do think they have a problem with fridge. i think it shuts off when you leave the room. You might want to make sure. Tv is great. many foreign channels, Dutch, German, English etc. Everything in the area, Supermarket, restaurants etc;

I have been coming to Pattaya for a few years and have generally stayed across from this hotel. But this time I could not get in so I stayed here. I remember it being built or renovated, I was a bit put off by the bright neon lights outside but thought I would give it a shot. I checked in and was greeted by friendly staff and a very clean and well presented and modern reception. The room is very modern and new. I was in 1402 and although I have a view of a brick wall it's very quiet. The bathroom is very nice and you even get daily bathroom amenities when the room is made up. T I am well impressed with this hotel, it has everything I need, clean, modern and quiet with a good size TV. One more thing, it has a funky blue neon light in the ceiling wall, it's a bit much but you can turn it off, it's a pretty nice first impression. Has very good strong free wifi in the room.
