Dream Inn Apartments - Burj Views

From start to finish unprofessional service. 2 room apartment things broken and not working they blame customers for. Rude. They have an agent waiting for you to collect more money on arrival but no one is around when u need them .. promise you the world but just a shambles. DO NOT EXPECT A REFUND ON DEPOSIT!! Scammers

management is not on site, which means it's hard to contact the landlord. The fridge didn't work and they gave us an appointment to fix it and didn't come, as promised, 3 times. After a discussion with the landlord, Malik Jawad, he promised a 20% refund and they never acted on this. Also, the toilet leaks water from the wall — the ground is always wet. Pillows were not good quality. The hairdryer has the incorrect plug from a different country, which is not at all used in the UAE. The wifi password was also not given to us, leaving us needing to contact Malik about the password, and therefore having the first few hours that we didn't come without wifi. In addition, only one key was given to the apartment. Overall, while the location of the apartment is good, the service is most certainly not and the room has many issues with it, making it a headache to live in, even for my short, 5-night long visit. Furthermore, if your flight arrives early, before the checkin opens, you will have to book the night before your stay to ensure an early checkin. I wouldn't recommend staying with Dream-inn.

Like the previous review, these guys are bandits. I arranged a 3mth stay then I asked to see if I could extend the stay for another 3mth. We agreed on the further 3 mth 15k Dec- 14k Jan & 12.5k Feb. Then 4weeks later I was told to vacate the apartment on December 4th. The landlord then came back saying he wanted 17.5k for December and the same for Jan. I didn’t want to agree it but I like the apartment, literally just after agreeing to this they came saying the land lord changed his mind and now wants 60k upfront for 3mths.. DON’T USE THESE BANDITS.. make sure you get everything in writing, that was my mistake, which they should of done on behalf of me.

I would never book with this company again!! Booked a property on Dubai marina and payed in full in august. To then get an email the day before my flight to say my booking had cancelled! They had nothing else in the building that we originally booked the only other property they had was over 30mins away from original- booking! Then we asked for a full refund & they said it would take over 7 days to get back to us. This has absolutely ruined our holiday as we have been unable to book another property!!

This was the worst experience in all of our years of travel. Dream Inn is an agency renting apartments for apartment owners. The apartments as beautiful as they are very poorly maintained. No service, no one to talk to for any requests or problem solving. We had 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel for 2 people for 4 days, No rubber bath mats in a slick marble tub. Accident ready to happen. If I could give them less then one star, I would. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS OUTFIT

We were provided contact information from the accommodation. The number provided to us was disconnected. We attempted to contact the accommodation 48hrs prior to arrival from Australia and were unable to contact the accommodation with the number provided. Despite this we STILL arrived at the accommodation. The security guard was not informed by the host of our expected arrival and no key was left for us. The two security guards at the accommodation both assisted us in attempting to contact the host with the number provided. However again it was disconnected. As there is no reception at the accommodation and only a security guard (who was unaware of our arrival) and how to assist us we were left with no choice but find elsewhere to sleep. Given the stress of the events we stayed next door to the dream Inn at the Sofitel hotel and their service and our experience there was amazing 1. There is surveillance footage of us in the lobby having a conversation with the security guard. 2. A phone log attempting to contact the host numerous times. 3. A receipt of our stay at the hotel next door. And the host has informed our third party that we were a no show. It is completely un acceptable that they have left us with no way to contact them and then left us no choice but to find other accommodation and claim it as a no show. This placed has in fact SCAMMED us. This experience has been awful after almost 15hours on a flight we were confronted with stress and having to use money we intended to spend on enjoying our holiday. Do not stay here!! The third party we used is Wotif and they have been less than impressive in assisting us with our case.

I would steer clear of any apartments from dreams inn Dubai! I booked a family holiday in an apartment 8months before as bookings were going fast and now 3months before my booking they cancelled to book someone else in during those dates as they’re staying for an extra 2 nights. This was all done through Airbnb! Asked them why and their reply was it’s out of their hands, and never bothered responding again. I’ve had to pay £500 more for accommodation in downtown Dubai because of them.

Perfect location. Short walk to Dubai mall. The apartment is very clean and has a supermarket downstairs. It was a fantastic experience staying here. We dealt with Jawad who was super helpful and made the whole check in and check out experience easy. I would highly recommend this location.

The lokation of this appartement was just great vith a directory viewer to Burj Khalifa and placed in Dubai Downtown. They were very good at communicating and very accomodating in terms of receiving us in the middle of the night. The facilities such as pool and fitness was also great.
