The staff are very helpful. The rooms are clean and the price is not expensive. Check-in requires you to prepare an ID or passport only to check-in.

I use a storage water heater, and the hot water for bathing only lasts for 5 minutes. I asked someone to solve the problem for two consecutive nights and asked me to try again and wait 45 minutes before turning it on again. I was not willing to stay for 5 minutes to test the water temperature until I asked to complain. The water temperature was completely cold. Only then did I agree to change rooms, which wasted my entire afternoon trip.
After changing rooms, I had the same problem. There was only 15 minutes of hot water and I couldn't wash my body after washing my hair.

Very nice and quiet place. The room is very big ,clean and beautiful. The bed is wide and very comfortable.
Everywhere there are restaurants and supermarkets.
5 minutes walk from Mall of the Emirates.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Highly recommended.

Bathroom Had An Odd Smell. MAYBE from the Sink Drain. Atleast My Room Had A Balcony So I Open It For Better Ventilation
