Great hotel, great service. The spa and fitness deserve special respect. The clientele is also pleasant - mostly wealthy people. The pool is gorgeous, but I would like it to be deeper, like in Anantara, for example. Cons: there were sounds of construction at night.

I had a great experience and I really enjoyed sitting in the lobby lounge and having my coffee, the staff is amazing specially the lovely lady madhu who was server there she was amazing. She was very friendly the way she talks with smiles all the time while serving she make me feel like I am at home and she is a family member.

Excellent hotel with superb breakfast staff. For exceptional service thank you Marshal, Adarsh, Pankaj. Hotel is new and very clean, the space is big and nice view . Food for breakfast and lunch are amazing. Definitely will stay here again.

Beautiful November escape with friends. Pick up was perfect and we arrived 3am. They had us prepared some small snacks in the room. Great pool with lively music. Hotel is directly in the walking zone of Jbr, close to some nice restaurants around. Gym is fantastic and they also offer an ice bath!! Definitely a great hotel in the Palm or Jbr area!!!
