除了空調冷死🥶（房間關了空調我都感覺冷）其他都非常nice～酒店高爾夫車隨便用～我check it後，立刻用高爾夫車去了wadi水上樂園，之後繼續用，去了私人海灘，之後接着用，去了古堡市集😄真的是物盡其用了～晚上還去了27樓，skyview點杯小酒帶我媽去看看～我來喝就行😁

比較高冷的一家酒店，服務人員禮貌但缺少熱情，取行李時間也很久，大廳都是團隊的遊客，服務人員也不會招呼你坐下等待。房間設施設計有點老，衹有一個牀頭櫃可以插電，其他都得蹲下，插口在踢腳線那裡，太不人性化。

I stayed in a relatively large two-bedroom suite and was very satisfied with everything. From the service to the environment, it is worthy of being a seven-star hotel. It was a really enjoyable trip. I will choose the Burj Al Arab Hotel next time.

Better than what I imagined from reading online reviews! A hotel worth experiencing! The facilities in the room are luxurious, and the view of the 170-square-meter duplex room is amazing! The toiletries are all Hermès, and the infinity pool is amazing!

I went to the lobby to check in early and was told that I could not enter now. Of course, it is standard to enter after 15:00, which we can understand. But it was said that the housekeeper would inform me later through WhatsApp, but the housekeeper did not take the initiative to inform me, but waited until I asked and said that the room was ready. 2. Advertising misleading: Spa service facilities are written in the free items for check-in, but in fact all hotels will provide unlimited spa facilities, thus misleading consumers into thinking that it is a spa package. 3. When communicating with the housekeeper about the spa service included in the check-in, I did not check whether the package included spa, but directly booked the service, resulting in knowing that the service was charged after the spa. After communication, they refused to admit that there was a problem in this regard. 4. The spa service was originally scheduled to start at 11:00, but it was actually about 10 minutes late, which resulted in a late check-out. However, the hotel front desk told us that it could not be delayed. Later, after the spa communicated with the front desk, they said that it could be delayed by 15 minutes. We completed the check-out in a hurry. 5. The breakfast that Xiao saw in the book, which was said to be worth 2,000, was simply useless. It was the most ordinary breakfast in Dubai. It was greasy and salty, and there were very few options. The high-end rooftop restaurant was of decent quality, but the stinky face after refusing to order their recommended dishes was clearly visible. In short, it is worth going for the experience, but don't expect to enjoy any good service. After all, people's attitude is that if you don't like to come, there are still people who will send you💰

海景無敵，不虛此行

After all, it was built more than 20 years ago, and the facilities are quite old😂 However, the classic design will never go out of style, and it still seems to be worth checking in now. There are two floors, 150 square meters, with rooms and bathrooms on the upper floor, and a living room, dining table and desk on the lower floor. The toiletries in the bathroom are a full set of Hermes and can be taken away.  I also met Sun Yuchen that day, which shows that the privacy here is quite good. After all, it costs 250 dirhams for tourists to visit, and others can't come in casually. The price of 15,000 yuan a night is not cheap, you can just come and experience it.
