A birthday celebration with family with an upgraded executive corner suite. Though the additional upgrade premium is higher than the king deluxe room price paid, it’s money worth spent. Thanks to Abdelrahmen, we had the best view from the 67/F. The executive lounge provides great breakfast and cocktail in the evening. Service is excellent all around the hotel!

Everything is great about the hotel, expect you’ll need to either go very early or late for breakfast to avoid crowd. Dinner at Prime68 at this hotel is awesome, the steak was so delicious.

I will never stay at this hotel again.
Brrakfast is disaster. I was ping pong from 6th floor to 1st floor then queueing up to 15 minutes just to get register for breakfast. Food is basic and the same for 6 consecutive days.
Totally not a 5-star service.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at JW, where I was impressed by the outstanding service from the staff. Keshab‘s nightly turndown service added a touch of luxury, Moh Moh's meticulous housekeeping ensured a comfortable stay, and Nitro's friendly breakfast service started my day on a high note. Each team member went above and beyond to make my visit memorable. I highly recommend JW for an experience that blends comfort with exceptional service.

Outstanding service, Valet servixe is free and receptions and servants are brilliant. Anish is quite helpful and caring.
Room size is ok, great size bathroom with fancy tube, outdoor pool is amazing with great view of Burj Khalifa.

Had best time at JW marriott! On a trip.com pictures look slightly old, but in real rooms are very big and clean! Definitely 10/10!

Great location and friendly welcome. Fantastic view, just pity that they have locked the balcony. In this case the view is a little limited. Basically the room was clean but in the corners it could be improved - especially around the balcony door. The room is equipped well and everything is inside what you need. The breakfast buffet is really great and with so much choices. The staff around the buffet is very friendly. There is also a shuttle bus to the Dubai Mall.
Overall we would come again as everyone is very engaged about the guest‘s well being.
