I find them bit dodgy as I booked room for 4 (2Adults+2 Kids) and they provided only single bed. As standard 1 bed apartment no plates, iron and stand was available and provided on request.

The staff was super useful! Very polite and nice. The amenities in the apartment are lacking if staying only for a couple of days. No hand towels, no towels in the kitchen, no dish soap

Good overall stay ..need bit extra cleanliness and house keeping services have to b improved a lot

The staff were very Professor and respectful but the condition of the property is not good, very old and horrible smell even if the clean, the smell in the hallway and rooms. Dusty windows and poor WIFI connection.

Low priced place with good size apartments. The facility is sub par and the facilities are basic. The prices were right as a group of ten of us. Not much in the area to walk to. No kitchen stuff including ice or glasses or even things to use in Kitchen

The property is very old and has not been refurbished at all. Every thing in it is half broken. Small dirty windows without any view and mostly locked. The apartment is big but useless without any carpet looks like an empty football field. There is no small toilet towel, no slipper and extra blanket. Toilets stink. I really mean it, try to not even getting close to here. Unfortunately, we reserved here for half a month and all we can do here is not to be here.

Very dirty and smelly hotel. Pictures are not real and outdated. Toilets are smelly, even you put airfreshner. Swimming pool never cleaned, water is green. Hotel staff lie about sanitation, that never done. Avoid this money oriented hotel if you dont want headache for your money. Doesn't worst even single coin to spend here.

This hotel is not customer oriented. I agree with previous negative feedbacks. The hotel is very dirty, smelly, there is sewerage smell in the parking and there is leakage form sewerage pipes above the head there. The furniture and curtains are outdated with lots of damage and stains on them. Hotel doesn’t do any refurbishment. I won’t rate it 4 star hotel at all. Barely can give 2 star. Second star is only given to cleaning team and Security guy Ganesh. All others staff won’t deserve shoutout at all. The rooms on the road side are too noisy. Windows are dusty and not cleaned even once. TV shows only few local channels. Towels are thin and turned grey color, very old. I think hotel buys used towels from other hotel as multiple times our room was provided towel with ‘Regis hotel’ print on it. Such a shame to so called 4 star hotel Al Waleed Palace. Palace? No! Don’t be lured with word Palace. Have a look at photos and decide whether you need bad experience with your money or not.

We were treated very badly by the receptionist, he was on duty last November 1, 2021 at 7pm. I failed to remember his name. My friend was having her birthday. We originally booked for a 1 bedroom apartment, but since we had a couple of friends visiting us, we transferred to a 2 bedroom apartment, given that they weren’t going to stay over. They would just visit. The problem started to arise when he failed to explain the conditions of transferring to another bedroom. We couldn’t understand how he was explaining. So we asked a lot of questions and we were getting frustrated, naturally we were raising our voice but we still spoke with respect, but then he raised his voice higher and started shouting at us, I was shocked because I was never treated that way by anyone from the hotel and tourism industry. What shocked me more is when he told us to just check out and leave and he said he wouldn’t give us our money back right after we paid more, he said to just go and leave. We treated him respectfully, and I’ve never been treated like that by any hotel professional my entire life. Maybe because we weren’t local or white. Was it because of our nationality? We were very embarrassed, he never even apologized. I hope you’ll take action against this receptionist. He needs to be reminded that he works for a 4star hotel. It’s a good thing the guard on duty was very professional and he apologized on behalf of the receptionist.
