The location was accessible but the room was ok only wash room we don’t like coz it over flowing the water in the floor. The lift was too slow somehow all good . We love the over view.

Superbe hôtel, MAIS…
Localisation de l’hôtel top, personnel hyper accueillant et très sympathique.
Le restaurant de la piscine offre un grand choix et prix hyper raisonnables.
Le restaurant du dernier étage est à faire, prix raisonnables et service impeccable.
Petit déjeuner varié.
Mauvaise expérience : il y a un vendeur de parfums à l’accueil devant les ascenseurs qui est insolant, il harcèle carrément même si on lui dit non merci. Il est arrivé à appeler ma copine princesse. J’ai exprimé mon mécontentement, pas d’excuse.
J’ai réclamé au manager, 0 réaction. On a fait les malls, global village.. jamais eu un tel comportement, tout le monde est hyper respectueux.
Dommage, tout était parfait sauf cet incident.
Je ne comprends pas comment un hôtel aussi bien peut se permettre un tel désordre à l’accueil, tout l’autre personnel était tellement bien.

호텔 위치, 창밖 뷰, 방 상태는 최고입니다.
그런데 고층에 머물경우 엘리베이터 기다리는 시간이 최소15분 이상 소요되고 마지막날은 엘리베이터 2대가 운행하지 않아 1시간 이상 걸려서 최악이였습니다.

Amazing to stay in the highest hotel in the world. Do take note that need to be patient waiting for elevator especially high building with many floors and guest. Breakfast is good but crowded so you have to be early but food is fantastic. Service is just okay, too many people so need to wait for cups sometimes. Location is very good, walking distance from train and one stop from Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa.

Hotel staffs especially the lady on reception & sky roof bar need to improve their service. They are rude. The bath room floor are flooded. General facilities should be improved. Location is good as near to metro. The sky roof bar have minimum charge even for hotel guests, totally crazy n lousy service.
