It was a wonderful experience. The hotel is very nice.
The only problem we had was that a friend named Ahmed at the reception kept us waiting until 17.00, even though our hotel check-in time was 15.00. The rooms are clean. In case of any need, they are immediately interested. Thank you very much

The location was accessible but the room was ok only wash room we don’t like coz it over flowing the water in the floor. The lift was too slow somehow all good . We love the over view.

Superb hotel, BUT…
Location of the hotel top, super welcoming and very friendly staff.
The pool restaurant offers a large choice and very reasonable prices.
The restaurant on the top floor is to be had, reasonable prices and impeccable service.
Varied breakfast.
Bad experience: there is a perfume salesman at reception in front of the elevators who is insolent, he is downright harassing even if we tell him no thank you. He happened to call my friend princess. I expressed my dissatisfaction, no excuses.
I asked the manager, 0 reaction. We went to the malls, global village... never had such behavior, everyone is super respectful.
Too bad, everything was perfect except for this incident.
I don't understand how such a good hotel can allow such a mess at reception, all the other staff were so good.

The hotel location, view outside the window, and room condition are excellent.
However, if you stay on a high floor, the waiting time for the elevator was at least 15 minutes, and on the last day, the two elevators were not running, so it took more than an hour, so it was the worst.

Amazing to stay in the highest hotel in the world. Do take note that need to be patient waiting for elevator especially high building with many floors and guest. Breakfast is good but crowded so you have to be early but food is fantastic. Service is just okay, too many people so need to wait for cups sometimes. Location is very good, walking distance from train and one stop from Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa.

The room is on the 71st floor, very nice, the view is great, the bedding is clean, the service is good, but the elevator is too slow. The breakfast is worth it, I love skim whey yogurt
