From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by a warm and inviting a**osphere that immediately put me at ease.
The rooms were impeccably clean and well-appointed, all the amenities like toothbrush and stuff weren't provided. The bed was plush and luxurious, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city.
But what truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff, particularly JP. He went above and beyond to ensure that my every need was met, offering helpful recommendations and assistance whenever I required it. His professionalism and friendliness truly made my stay memorable.
The only minor drawback was the breakfast buffet, which tended to offer the same selection day after day. However, this was a small inconvenience compared to the overall excellence of the hotel. With everything else being more than up to standard, I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
