Location wise best option for Exhibition goers. Overpriced and not value for money during exhibition periods with the only positive being the location. This time due to the torrential rain, it was a blessing to be at Novotel as we dint have to step out. Also they don't have coffee kept inside the room but you can avail complimentary coffee by calling room service.

It was my first time to attend an exhibition in Dubai. The hotel was only a short walk from the exhibition hall, which was very convenient. The room was clean and soundproofed.

We are very satisfied with the hotel. There is a daily (free) shuttle bus that takes you to a few different places. Additionally, the entire staff was incredibly friendly and caring towards us. We definitely recommend the hotel.

Franky, the Swiss guy at the hotel front desk, is nice!
The variety of breakfast options is quite rich. The handsome guy with short blond hair in the breakfast room must be more safety-conscious: 9:30 is the busy time. The water on the ground must be enclosed and dealt with as soon as possible. Rather than finishing the breakfast table and ignoring it, I took a chair. I checked in and called another waiter, who immediately took care of it.
Room service and security staff are all friendly.
