The staff were great but the hotel is tired. The price is right, and the breakfast is in the adjacent hotel, which fine, and the buffet is fine. Room was large, having a kitchen, lounge area and a large bedroom. I would that my stay was fine for one night. Wi-Fi was bad! Slow and connection unstable.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. We had a delay with the floods and they were extremely flexible allowing a late check out. Maria’s customer service was amazing! We will definitely come back and stay next year. Thank you to the team

No hot water in the bathroom. After a cold shower when I told reception they aid I was supposed to flip a switch. No sign on the switch and the management are not professional enough to tell guests that it was necessary. And unfortunately I didn't have my psychic abilities activated to know what I should do. Normally one does not expect to have to switch the hot water on. So at least I had a nice hot shower the next morning. However when I returned to the room in the evening I found the bathroom floor soaking and dangerously slippery with a heating element lying on the floor. Apparently someone had been sent to repair the hot water system - which was working perfectly well - and had decided that the functioning heater needed replaced. I had asked to speak with the manager the first evening but she was not professional enough to get in touch. The second evening she had already left until 9am the next morning, so apparently if anyone needs to speak to a manager outside office hours the facility is not capable of providing that. Great location but frankly not worth the hassle when they can't deal with a basic issue.
