Radiance Premium Suites

This is a great place to stay. Spacious, staff are amazing and so helpful. Local shops are good. Local restaurants are great. It’s not five star but it’s also great value. Location is great with a monorail station within 2 mins walk away to get anywhere in Dubai. Will definitely be staying here again.

Radiance hotel is very near to Meshreq Metro station in just 2 minutes walk. The apartment was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. Thanks to front office team Nehel,George and Geeya for always giving us a smile every time we pass thru the Lobby not forgetting housekeeping team Kamal,Vinod and Baliaaj for making our apartment clean all the time.

What a venue! Here are the list of pros and cons I found Pros: Staff helpful and friendly, nice friendly lifeguard at the pool too. Rooms were very impressive, we found it to be incredibly good value for money. Super impressive Smart TV - it was huge. The lobby area is very clean and modern (in fact the whole hotel apartment is exceptionally clean and modern - the housekeeping staff are very efficient and good here) It is right near to a supermarket and even closer to a metro, great to get around. I can recommend a restaurant for people walking distance - Swiss Butter, only a 6 min walk from the apartments - it was nice to have restaurants a close walk to the apartment. Cons: Noise of street is audible, if you are a light sleeper you may want to choose a quieter hotel as the noise of outside could keep some people up, we didn’t find it too bad though. Balcony was small with no tables and chairs, maybe it is the 2 bedroom apartments which have this (we had a one bedroom) but was enough for what we needed. I think it would be good for them to invest in better irons - ours was a bit of a pain to use. That is all! Overrall I think it would be hard to find a modern spacious apartment at this price that is so convenient to see all of Dubai - but we did manage it and here served that purpose nicely! Thanks guys!

The 1 bedroom apartment was a good size and well furnished. There is a small pool although it’s only open 7am to 7pm. There is also a small but adequate gym. The staff were excellent. Consistently friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and cleaned thoroughly every day. The location is great for the Metro. Literally a 5 minute walk from the Mashreq station. However there are very few restaurants in walking distance. So you either have to cook or travel which is a pain. It is not a tourist area.

My family and me recently stayed at this Radiance Premium Suites located àt Al Barsha and very close to Masreq Metro Station. They have 01 Bedroom and 02 Bedroom Apartments with full amenities needed for a family. We had a very enjoyable stay and highly recommend this hotel to friends and family

Radiance hotel is very near to Meshreq Metro station in just 2 minutes walk.closer to Mall of The Emirates. Hotel has good Amenities and friendly staffs .They have big and spacious rooms and living room with a big TV which me and my Brother ATIF enjoyed throughout our stay. Staffs were very friendly and cleaned our room every day and bathrooms were big provided with clean towels .washing machine, kitchen with all the basic things like Microwave oven, kettle, induction, etc.. I really loved the small balcony my room had. Me and my brother enjoyed the swimming pool.overall our stay was very comfortable and safe. We can see many restaurants and Gift shops around this Hotel so no problem at all. It was a pleasant experience to stay with my family here.(Jan 25th - 3rd Feb)9days of our visit in Dubai was Amazing .l really Thank Radiance Hotel for making it memorable.. Firstly it’s in a great location…only 2mins walk to Mashreq Metro station.Hotel is very clean with friendly staffs. My room no 608.A spacious Living room with comfortable sofa and a huge TV which my son Atif enjoyed throughout our stay.Big bedroom with 2clean and spacious bathrooms ,washing machine .Kitchen has all basic thing like Microwave oven,Induction,kettle in a good condition .This hotel is surrounded with multiple small restaurants with tasty food.Gifts shops and 24hrs shops …so no worries .The is a beautiful swimming pool.My family enjoyed 9 days stay here. This hotel has all the basic amenities,it’s big, comfortable which is enough for a Great and Safe stay for a family.I would recommend to my friends and relatives for sure.It’s certain that I’ll visit here again and hope to stay in Radiance again Insha Allah . For a 3 star hotel, I think they do a remarkable job with their overall service. Their apartments are very well maintained and their staff are very friendly. They have a rooftop pool. Didn’t have enough time for it though. A lifeguard is always on standby in the daytime. The location is pretty nice and is a short walk away from the metro station. Also being in the vicinity of the Dubai Mall of the Emirates grants access to almost every basic thing you need. It’s almost certain that I’ll visit here again. The major thing that can derail that only slightly is my desire to continue staying with the Marriott franchise

This is a review for Radiance Premium Suites, previously called Al Barsha Hotel Apartments - thought I’d clarify as it did cause some confusion when I was researching prior to booking. Couldn’t rate it highly enough for the price paid. Very reasonable by Dubai standards. Hotel was immaculately clean and room cleaned every day. Hotel staff all very friendly. 1 bedroom apartment was large and looked more modern in real life vs the photos. Huge TV, washing machine and 2 loos. Wifi was really good in our experience (contrary to some other reviews so perhaps they’ve upgraded it). Location is amazing, 2min walk to Mashreq metro station and 15-20min taxi to a lot of Dubai major tourist attractions. Pool is life guarded. Relatively small as you’d expect in a city hotel. Only 6 sun beds when they could probably fit double but this might be a Covid thing and in fact we never struggled to get one when wanted. Overall, I’d thoroughly recommend and would stay again.
