The room doesn't look very nice. Furniture is very old. Dust and bad smell are everywhere. Personal is too unfriendly and rude. You should make valid your plastic key on reception every single day again that too inconvenient. The same problem is with internet. Don't recommend.

Good location but extremely bad service. They first allowed us visitors then they disallowed the visitors and our friends had to wait on the street until we got dressed. They’ve come up to our room 5 times in one day. Truly disappointing and would not recommend anyone to go there ever!

I recommend you check the room for odors and cleanliness (black dust on the chandeliers, walls, etc.) otherwise ask to change rooms. This is what I did.
I will recommend to the owner to do a good post cleaning control of the rooms.

The accommodation was good, food is good, TV was started automatically, no matter how you turn it off it will work during morning time: 8:30 am volume just to wake you.

Le petit dej est composé de Plats en sauce ( riz, pâte, viande etc) nous avons réclamé plusieurs fois des bananes qui était dans leur vitrine mais ça n'a pas été possible. Hotel bien placé mais route très bruyante ( jour et nuit) Les accessoires dans la cuisine très moyens avec eau froide assez souvent surtout les 3 derniers jours ( cuisine et douche). Je déconseille vivement de prendre l'excursion Safari 4x4 a l'accueil . Pour 4 adultes et 1 enfant 385 € départ hôtel 15 h pour 1 heure de route,ensuite 20 mm de 4x4 et de 16h30 a 19 h on vous laisse dans un parc a touristes crasseux regarder des quads tournés,si vous voulez monter sur un quad il faut ressortir votre porte monnaie.

Very convenient location, close to Mashreq Metro Station and one station away to Mall of the Emirates. Great breakfast and polite waiters. Reception guys were very friendly and supportive. Just need to improve on cleanliness of the rooms, they require more effort and proper quality control. Worth checking them out when you are in Dubai.
