我入住那天酒店給我一個小房間，我再次核對我的訂單是一個20平方米的大床房，我去找前台，其中有一個人不理我們，那個為我們辦入住的那個人同意換一個符合我訂單的房間，是三樓，下面有歌廳，很吵。那個酒店社設備很陳舊，與其價位不相配。
