The hotel is located close to DXB airport but far from DWC, please be aware when booking
The rooms in the pictures are nice, but in real life... they are terribly shaky, there is mold in the bathroom, the carpets are all stained, as well as the chairs and sofa, I didn’t dare step on the carpet barefoot.
The hotel is located 6 minutes from the Al Rigga metro station, some Pakistanis were constantly yelling behind the wall, and they didn’t care what time, at 02:00 local time they were yelling, watching TV at full volume and making noise like elephants!
At 09:00 local time, the maid burst into the room, without knocking, without warning, etc.
I was sleeping at that time.
Keep in mind that upon check-in they take a deposit (tourist tax) of 15 dirhams per day.
The staff is polite
I highly do not recommend this hotel; for the money you can get a better option.

The only issues I have with this hotel are the internet connection. Maybe it was just my room (501) that had a very poor internet access. Signal is very weak and nothing was done about it even after I complained many times. They said my room would be changed but they never did. The technician who came to check displayed a behavior which felt like they’re doing me a favor providing the weak internet. And the door for this particular room has a problem cuz every time I return to the room it took me 10+ minutes to try opening the door and sometimes I have to go to the reception to call somebody. Also, they need to provide extra sockets or extension board cuz there’s only one that is free to use. All others are occupied by tv and other appliances so it’s hard to charge phone. The tv in the room never turned on. Either than these things I’ve mentioned, everything is okay.

The hotel is dilapidated, the carpet in the rooms dirty, bathroom equipment outdated, fridge does not work as well as the television, I called reception three times so that the technician came to repair the TV.
The sheets are almost black, insects
This hotel does not deserve 4 stars,
I do not recommend this hotel because there are better
