Came to move in in February 2024. The hotel is in a good location, 500 meters walk from Metro Red Line Station 33. There is a local restaurant downstairs of the hotel. There is a parking lot not far away when you turn left. There are all luxury cars parked (it is probably a parking lot of a car rental company). If you turn left in the parking lot, you can see a parking lot a hundred or two hundred meters away. A Carrefour convenience store. Lived in a one-bedroom suite apar**ent. It's quite practical. It has kitchen utensils, tableware, etc. You can buy it from Carrefour and cook your own meals. The room was relatively clean and not bad.

The hotel has good location, just in front of main road. Has free basement parking with easy lift access. Just at the back around 5min walk ,supermarket carefour opens 24hours so much great in case u need to get any snacks drinks etc (which i arrived at night i still can buy stuffs). Apar**ent fully equip with kitchen (but not provide washing soap&sponge) , washing machine with no dryer but got dry rack .

In fact, what surprised me the most about this store was the service. Although I encountered some minor problems, the staff has been apologizing and helping to solve them. It is really customer first.

Spacious apar**ent with all facilities. Good for long stays. Very close to the metro and bus station. Just next to the Mall of Emirates. There's a gym and swimming pool as well. The staff are very nice and friendly. I'll come back soon with my family.

We spent two months at this apar**ent hotel, and it had everything we could possibly need, including a gym, a pool, and housekeeping services. The staff was absolutely wonderful and always available, helpful, and friendly. The reception staff was very attentive and thorough, especially Ms. Dilu, who was very gracious, kind, and always had a sweet smile on her face. The room manager, Thajul, was always ready to assist us with anything we needed. He was also very kind, had an infectious smile, and was a hard worker. My husband and I will definitely return to this hotel because it felt like we were part of a family. Best regards, Manuela ❤️
