Facilities: relatively complete, everything you need is available.
Hygiene: Very clean and tidy.
Environment: They are all very good, and the decoration is relatively new.

Check in is horrible. No hospitality at all. The staff made my guests wait more then an hour easily in the lobby.

We stayed for 5 nights, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen facilities made life so much easier for breakfast etc. They provide a toaster, microwave, small hob and even a dishwasher. It is a 10 minute, easy walk down to Lake Bled and all the bars and Restaurants. There are a few restaurants even closer and they are very good too. The bathroom was a good size and had a very good, easily regulated power shower. They even provided disposable slippers! A definite thumbs up from us, we would stay again. Sabin did clean our room, the best Very kind and nice people here, make sure to check this place out and if u want to have good and comfort place make sure to come here. We did enjoy our stay here with a nice view and kind staff For the rest nothing to complain.
