Excellent Hotel! Very nice place!

Good, clean , nice facility

The location is great. It’s in the middle of everything so it’s feasible. However the service and staff is pathetic. They literally charge you for toothbrushes I mean this is just another level of being miser. The rate for each night is so high and you can’t even afford a toothbrush? It’s just so pathetic. It used to be my go-to place however it is so disappointing that now it’s the last hotel that comes to my mind.

The location is very good, mainly because the transportation is convenient It is recommended to stay, cost-effective, very close to moe, Dubai on business trip, very clean, and the attitude of the waiter is also very good.

The staffs are wonderful. I didn’t like this property because the room is smell really bad. The scents are strong, it makes me feel sick and headaches.

I have booked a month to stay at the hotel but after few days I have had bed bugs bites on my body they were itching badly and bleeding (I have pictures) I have showed them to the manager who brought a company to spray the room then provided a negative report AFTER they spread the room! The manager admitted they were bed bugs but claimed I caught them from the taxis and the weather but NOT from the hotel bed! Very horrible experience unfortunately.

Nice room, I had a slight early check-in, enough shops and restaurants at walking distance, very comfortable underground parking. I will recommend this hotel to my friends.
