Good hotel with all amenities, large area for walking, several swimming pools. Only you can’t swim in the sea, the water is very dirty. We went by car to another place by the sea. The receptionists are polite, the food in the restaurants is delicious but the prices are expensive

This hotel is between the W and the Westin and you can use all their facilities

Facilities are great for all, especially since it shares facilities with Westin next door. The waterpark is another great perk for young children. Brrakfast is very good spread. Staff overall is very amazing from check in to housekeeping who have helped us out on many occasions throughout our stay.

We had a great time during our stay at the hotel! The hotel has more to offer from the pool, beach, waterpark and the restaurants & bars! Rooms are spacious and most especially beds are so comfy ❣️❣️❣️They have the best hospitality and staff are amazing!! We will definitely be back again!

I loved my stay in this hotel; beautiful room, view, balcony. Nice territory between all three hotels. Perfect location. Tasty breakfast.

I liked everything in this hotel. The furniture is a bit old But everything else was very good .

The swimming pool was suitable for children to play. It was also good to protect the beach in front of the hotel. However, I was unsatisfied with the meal. I booked half board and had dinner at the buffet at the Westin Hotel, which shares a swimming pool, but the meal was really poor.

Functional gym. Perfect for children. Breakfast nothing more

Our stay on the 10th floor afforded us truly breathtaking views. The hotel's facilities were outstanding, and what truly stood out was the opportunity to enjoy the outdoor activities offered by both the W and the Westin hotels. Breakfast was consistently excellent, and the staff's service went above and beyond, always greeting us warmly. There were ample sunbeds and facilities by the pools. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience, with a tram station conveniently located across the road, providing easy access to Dubai Marina shopping areas and connections to the Metro for exploring the entirety of Dubai. The location was ideal, and transportation was readily available via taxis and Uber. This is definitely a must-stay, especially for families with kids. Special thanks to Imtiaz in and around the pool and beach area and staff at the breakfast area.

The pictures make a big deal of the waterpark which in fact was quite dirty and run down. We didn’t use it. For a 5 star we expected an indoor pool and pool table etc but the property didn’t have one. I was expecting a sea view room but was told that ******* did not specify this and was asked to pay extra for a sea view room on arrival. Breakfast was nice but a bit pricey at £20 each per day. There was nothing else outside the hotel to choose from so had to pay £100 a day for breakfast for a family of 5. Otherwise a nice hotel but not really a 5 star.

Staff was absolutely brilliant! Very attentative and nothing was a problem. Upgrade our deluxe room to a suite and it was worth every penny. Food & drinks were all top quality and choice of pools or beach loungers were always plenty. Very nice part of Dubai to stay as it very easy to access other areas of Dubai from. Great kids club and waterpark on site for the kids. Felt a great sense of peace and calm which is what a holiday is for.

The hotel was lovely as we would expect, service and food great too. There is extensive construction works going on around the hotel which was very noisy at all hours of the day so made the trip very in relaxing…

A nice property that has been renovated. Water Park is a great addition and this property is great for young families. Bathrooms could do with an upgrade (separate shower for example rather than standard shower head in bath currently available) staff were fantastic & friendly. Pool areas & beach areas are very good and location is superb especially for transport links (tram/metro)
