Lovely stay yet again. However, on arrival we couldn’t have a drink or anything from the main buffet, just the complimentary one on floor one where the breakfast was not great at all. Even though there was only 20 mins left and all that buffet food would have been wasted- sounds bizarre to me but the manager wouldn’t budge. Later another manager apologised to me about it when I told her. It was my cousins birthday and she simply wanted a coffee and some fruit. Not great when I recommended to stay here. Otherwise was good and bbq night on Fridays is Amazing which we paid for. Lovely amenities but service to work on if want to be in as high regard as Jumeirah and like hotels. Walk from sun bed to beach is long but beach is nice. They will not upgrade you so pay for sea view.

Не позиционируйте себя как семейный отель! С Я , как человек, который не курит, вынуждена отдыхать в дискомфорте, быть пассивным курильщиком или уходить в детскую зону ( только там не курят) . Я разочарована в концепции отеля в вашем «семейном отеле» курят в бассейне, на лежаках. На просьбу, чтобы не курили - получили ответ от администрации : «если вас что -то не устраивает, можете пойти в детский бассейн ( 70 см глубина ) и отдыхать там!

Another amazing holiday at this fantastic resort, everything is wonderful. The staff are amazing nothing is to much trouble for them. The food in all the restaurants fab, Zengo being our favourite this time. Recommend upgrading to club Lounge, Not such a big area for breakfast so feel special, Roy the front of house is just a darling always sorting out of supper bookings, the club staff are the best staff ever We’ve had another fabulous 10 night stay and will be back again very soon.

First time staying at the hotel as we usually stay on the Palm. Really liked the hotel and club tower facilities. Service was very good. Liked the fact that the restaurants offered a Hal board menu as well as a la carte so there was choice. Butler and room steward excellent. I’ve in coolers and cool bags on beach and around pool great idea. Only disappoin**ent was Gary Rhodes restaurant. Seems as if many customers come back year and year and I can see why. Thank you.

Second year in a row I have stayed here, TBH last year I should have given a 5 star review as it was excellent, everything about it was great. This year however I noticed a significant drop in service throughout excluding room keeping who were amazing. This wasn't for one day but the entire week. The worst we experienced was getting coffee at breakfast outside, 4 times of asking and 45 minutes later it finally came... the coffee at the resort is really bad so it wasn't even worth the wait. Outside service seems chaotic most of the time, especially at breakfast. Poolside service was also mostly poor unless you actually go in to the water and swim up to the bars, last year they were always looking for people, asking if they would like to order etc. this year barely anyone was in sight at either of the 2 main pools we used. When you did get an order you were waiting quite a long time. Bills were bizarre, sometimes they asked you to sign, sometimes they filled it in themselves then chased you later for it as you leave. Sometimes they accepted the shortened version of my name which i always use, sometimes they didnt and i had to update it. All in all, the service was just a chatic mess most of the time this year which was a shame because we really like the hotel, especially last year
