Second year in a row I have stayed here, TBH last year I should have given a 5 star review as it was excellent, everything about it was great. This year however I noticed a significant drop in service throughout excluding room keeping who were amazing. This wasn't for one day but the entire week. The worst we experienced was getting coffee at breakfast outside, 4 times of asking and 45 minutes later it finally came... the coffee at the resort is really bad so it wasn't even worth the wait. Outside service seems chaotic most of the time, especially at breakfast. Poolside service was also mostly poor unless you actually go in to the water and swim up to the bars, last year they were always looking for people, asking if they would like to order etc. this year barely anyone was in sight at either of the 2 main pools we used. When you did get an order you were waiting quite a long time. Bills were bizarre, sometimes they asked you to sign, sometimes they filled it in themselves then chased you later for it as you leave. Sometimes they accepted the shortened version of my name which i always use, sometimes they didnt and i had to update it. All in all, the service was just a chatic mess most of the time this year which was a shame because we really like the hotel, especially last year
