This hotel has very poor management. I don't recommend this hotel for prepaid guests. The room is very old and there are cockroaches. The most important thing is that the duty manager of this hotel is very speechless. The flight was cancelled and I applied for a one-day extension of the reserved room. The front desk staff was very cooperative, but this manager was very hateful. He wasted the guests' time and refused to negotiate a solution. He was also arrogant. He also emphasized that he was the manager, not the owner. We paid for breakfast with a credit card at the front desk. The staff told us that we could refund it, but the lobby manager refused to refund it. I was speechless.

Hello, thank you for the hospitality of the Emirates Grand Hotel, but there was an issue that the hotel was being renovated and it was not suitable for using the elevator and the noise, otherwise everything was fine.

The location is perfect , everything near to you , but the serviece + cleaning , furniture very bad , also they cost you like you will stay at 4 or 5 star hotel when in reality the hotel is 1 or 2 star maximum .. I can't stand beenig there more than one day , after that I checked out and went to other Hotel , even if the hotel I went was a bit far from everything but the Cleaning and furnture and the serviece very important to me , I rather to take taxi everytime i go out than staying in bad hotel just for the location .. this is my honset review about Emrqties Grand hotel , never again ..

Even by the standards of a three-star hotel, this hotel is in a very old state of decoration. The towels and quilts are a bit uneasy to use. The sound insulation is also very poor. The doorman in the front lobby is nice.
The location is definitely very good and the transportation is convenient. But if you want to stay there, you should think again. The photos seem to be beautified.

Totally disappointed with my stay at this hotel and will not choose it again! The rooms both had Mold and the air was not clean. the room were old and not cleaned properly. There was considerable noise from the renovations.
Service was nonexistence.
Furthermore, the GYM was NOT available!

30 floors building only has four small lifts! Long waiting time. Have to ask for clothes hangers, shampoo, kettle, after entering the room.
