A bit away from all the main tourist attractions. But would fully recommend based off of the comfort of the hotel.

Although we ended up staying at a short notice, it was easily accessible from the airport and the facilities were impeccable.
Perhaps it's because of previous bad experiences, but I was put off by the request for a deposit (to deposit the equivalent of USD 50 in cash) as soon as I entered.
This was the first time I'd been asked for a deposit, and it left a very bad impression on me, as if they thought I was poor.
I hope they come up with some kind of solution.

The location is 10/10 near the airport and downtown but the cleanness is not good they need to vacuum the carpet with water. it's really dirty, I tried to complain about it but they did nothing and the bathroom is too small to the point water comes from the bathroom to the corridor.

It's so noisy on the flight path that I can't sleep at night, it's not hygienic, and it's not good to take a shower early!

This property is at prime location and right from check-in to checkout all hassle free experience along with top-up delight upon upgrade of the room. Front office CHARLES is so helpful in clarifying all of our queries.
Effective WIFI, Effective wash room faucets, simply superb interior, Clean 'n' fresh linen, toiletries, coffee tea maker, safe vault and Good centralised AC are USP features of our stay.
Main area for scope for improvement is COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST. Good ambience, spacious seating, professional chef who provided omlet against our request, salad, juices etc. But food is lacking Indian items. During morning breakfasting crowds 70% found Indians but none of Indian food available. Neither North Indian nor South Indian single item is there hope to get improvised in future.

The hotel is just nice to stay and around the city area. A bit busy street around the hotel but all good.
Service is good but difficult to negotiate with the receptionist.

The room was clean, cute, and comfortable!
I think it was because I happened to be ready, but I was also grateful that they allowed me to check in from 9am on the day of my arrival. We also received water every day.
Please note the following points
・A cash deposit of 200AED is required at check-in, so please prepare at the airport etc.
・Close to the airport and Old Dubai area, but relatively far from the center
・No pajamas, bathrobe, or toothbrush
・Since the shampoo is a rinse-in type, you should bring at least a trea**ent.
・The breakfast lineup may be a little strange for Japanese people...
