Heel vriendelijke mensen dat hier werken! Allemaal 1 voor 1 . Altijd een goeiendag kan ik iets voor u doen! Beste service ooit gehad. Zeker tijdens ontbijt alles perfect in orde.. zo vriendelijk allemaal.. heel aangenaam ook. Op de kamer ook, geen vraag is teveel en altijd met een glimlach. Zeker aanrader

We visited Paramount Hotel Dubai and it was so amazing and stunning. Especially service at Malibu was exceptional even if Pool was closed in order to maintain the quality and of course it is impossible to not to mention Abubakir. Thanks for lovely moments!

From the management offices, leasing people and front desk girls, super bad experience. None of this guys shouldn't work in hospitality. Too bad Damac is such a strong brand, but with so bad employees

Came to the apartment on 6th of july and overall the room was good,but I didn't felt a heart touching service from the staff.once I gone to front office and I complained about their wifi problem in the gym, she didn't solved my problem. instead of that she suggest to use my own wifi or data.today I came to the pool side and I asked to take a photo of me from the pool guard and he refused to do that.

Incompetent securty staff, makes rules as they want, most properly looking for guests to bribe them. Reception staff at the residences incompetent and some of them with very limited English language skills. Place is full of ***********, Nice product but completely mismanagement. If you stay in Dubai longterm better stay with Emaar, more professional from booking to check out. Never again Damac for me

We were in this hotel for almost a week. The hotel has a beautiful, luxury reception and lobby. it is a new and clean hotel, but the bathroom soap holder and towels in our room were old. Even the shampoo and conditioner in the room was not good quality. Thought it is a 5 star hotel, the room’s mini bar was empty and almost every day we had to call the room service to make up the room. The buffet breakfast was really good and everyone there was so nice and helpful and they gave us amazing breakfast experience. Most of the time elevators had so much delay but what to do! The room were huge and the bed was really comfortable. Thought the staffs were so friendly and nice, the services like valet parking and service at the pool were so slow. It caused me to change my mind to order food and drinks when I was using the pool. Overall, it is reasonable to be 4 star hotel not 5 star specially when I compared it with other 5 star hotels in Dubai

Been visiting malibu for the past 2 years now, sutch beautiful place. Nice food good stuff and excellent quality service from Emilly the Kenyan lady 👌 always smiling and quick with the service. Weather you are visiting or staying in the hotel make sure you visit them and ask for Emilly.

The Paramount by Damac. Such a lovely place to live in. The staff are great and the facilities are amazing I also suggest visiting Flashback which is an amazing lounge, where live performers play almost daily, food is a plus. But the best thing about the place is the service. Dilan is an amazing hostess where she can recommend amazing drinks and food for you and your friends and she does it efficiently, and with a smile always, she really put great vibes to the place. All in all, I consider my self fortunate to stay at the Paramount by damac برج البراماونت من أفضل الاماكن في دبي بحيث جميع الخدمات في المبنى متوفره وطاقم العمل جدا مهني وبيساعدك دائما اذا كنت في حاجه لهم فلاشاباك من أفضل وانظف اللاونجات بدبي. الجو العام رائع وعرض مباشر من مغنيين بشكل يومي تقريبا. طاقم العمل ممتاز. ديلان احد طاقم العمل المميز لدى فلاشباك اذا حاب تعرف أفضل الخيارات من المنيو لا تتردد بالاستفسرار منها، خدمة ممتازة ومحترمه جدا

Cet hôtel est une horreur, commençons par les photos qui ventes cet hôtel et bien c’est mensonger, la piscine toute petite située entre trois tours avec jamais de soleil mais beaucoup de vent… L’accueil très distant et très peu professionnel, il faut répéter autre fois la même chose pour qu’il le fasse pour exemple un coffre fort impossible à utiliser pendant trois jours car après être passé à trois rien n’a pu être fait, il a fallut les menacer pour avoir un coffre en fonction La blanchisserie ne prennent pas vos vêtements ils faut les relancer … Les ascenseurs le pompon, le personnel tout confondu, room service, sécurité, bagagistes etc…prennent les mêmes ascenseurs que les clients et dans le plus grand des calmes y compris lors des heures de pointes, nous avons pu attendre près de 40 mn ceux ci… Allez je m’arrête là car je ne souhaite pas leur consacrer plus temps car ils ne le méritent vraiment pas…
