Not bad, the room is big

Since our vacation fell in August, and in Dubai at that time there was a strong heat, the hotel was chosen for the presence of a cool pool in the shade and for its convenient location relative to the metro and places we wanted to visit. The rest turned out to be excellent, it was comfortable near the pool even during the day, it was possible to spend hours on a sunbed and periodically cool in the pool. Special thanks to the hotel manager Osama. He speaks good Russian, a very pleasant and friendly person. After our complaint about the noisy neighbor, Osama personally offered to move us to a quiet room on the 10th floor, this room turned out to be larger and more comfortable than the first one. On my son's birthday, they brought a delicious cake to his room and congratulated him from the hotel!!! There are many grocery stores near the hotel and there is a liquor store within walking distance, which serves only tourists over 21 years old with the original passport or driver's license. We walked to the subway in 12 minutes at a leisurely pace. The room was cleaned daily, every day they added a bottle of water per person, tea, coffee, sugar, toiletries (ear sticks, etc.). Our room had a balcony overlooking the desert, it was very beautiful 😍, things on the balcony dried up instantly 🔥 A shuttle from the hotel took us to JBR beach for free, there are also shuttles to the outlet and the Hills mall, but we didn’t go there. The hotel is very clean, no insects at all. We didn’t take food, sometimes we ordered food from the menu to the pool and to the room, everything was very tasty and beautifully decorated! On the day of departure from the hotel, we were allowed to stay by the pool after checking out of the room, things were removed to the storage room, we did not have to pay extra for a late check-out and comfortably spend another half day at the hotel))) All the staff were attentive and friendly to us. We will definitely come back to this hotel 😍
