The management at IBIS and Grand Mercur is very professional, kind and respectful. It was my birthday and they delivered Chocolate and pastry and designed my room as a birthday party./ No hotel does this. I am 57 , now 58 years old and I have been traveling for 43 years. I have never seen this kind of trea**ent from any hotel I have ever stayed.

It's a great deal to book this room. Compared with the previous Ibis hotel near Chinatown, I was in a great mood. The bed was comfortable. When I entered the room, I felt refreshed. It was great.

Traveling with my child.
The room was just right, and even when we opened our large suitcase and carry-on suitcase, there was still enough space to walk. We wanted to sleep separately from our child, so we asked for a room with two single beds, and it was spacious.
It's not very spacious, but it's enough.
There is a Charles service from the hotel to the airport, La Mer Beach, and Festival City Mall, which is very useful in hot Dubai.
It's strange that there is no service from the airport to the hotel.
Breakfast is pretty much the same as always, but there is an egg station where you can eat freshly cooked eggs, and there is also salad, so it's good to get some vegetables.

I checked in at the hotel at 6pm. The front desk was a bit discriminatory towards Chinese people. They arranged the last room on the 7th floor for me. No one was staying next to that floor that day. I dragged my luggage to the last room on that floor and checked in. My foot was injured again. The light in the room was broken and it was a bit dark. I was very scared to stay there alone. I don't recommend staying here.
