出差訂了二晚，情況有變，準備提前一天退訂，不好協商，攜程的代理溝通有待提高，酒店預訂部不友好，下次不會住。二床的標準間都沒有，早餐另外付。

The hotel has an excellent location. However, there are significant disadvantages. When entering the room there was a strong smell of chemicals , which was used to clean the room. Unfortunately, the windows in the rooms do not open, so the heavy smell was felt for a long time. All the hotel offered is the aromatization of the room to hide unpleasant odors. Despite the good configuration of the rooms, they did not work most of the electrical sockets. Did not work tablet to control the options of the smart home. It was an inconvenience. However, this was compensated by the excellent work of maids. Very mediocre kitchen when delivering food to the room. This caused surprise, given that resting in the network FourSeasons I am accustomed to another. The management of the hotel is not customer-oriented. My requests were ignored, although they were absolutely justified. Unfortunately, I have to say, the hotel didn’t live up to expectations.

The staff is amazing all greeted us really well the front office team was amazing specially thanks to mohammed and elias for making ur stay memorable nd to make my father’s birthday surprise to make it very special..!!nd housekeeping personnel ‘bal’ was amazing the gesture he made for us is amazing we love it..!!Thank you for nice nd memorable stay ..!!

Four Seasons DIFC is our favourite hotel thanks to its prime location in downtown Dubai close to Dubai Mall, DIFC offices/trendy restaurants. The service is incredible, staff is professional and very attentive. In terms of facilities, access to the resort’s beach is a major plus. The pool area is very peaceful and the bar at the top floor has a stunning view on Burj Khalifa. The size of the hotel makes you feel like in a boutique hotel, almost at home!

I had a very pleasant experience at four seasons stay. The room was well equipped with all my needs as they already noted my preferences and needs. The services were delivered very quick and seamlessly. Room was always refreshed and cleaned at all times which is great and unavailable at many other hotels. The staff were super friendly!
