I stayed for 2 weeks and the location was convenient for me. The hotel is very good. Rooms are very clean, have all basic amenities. I had breakfasts included- the food was very good. I used the pool and gym too. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I can recommend this hotel 100%.

Service: Very good! I especially praise the service and security workers here. When I was asked to pay the deposit at the front desk, I found that my wallet was left in the taxi. They immediately helped me find it. Because I didn’t ask for the taxi receipt, fortunately I took a photo. They helped me check it overnight. I was so anxious and sad that I couldn’t describe it in words. I was in my heart. After midnight, the two hotel staff saw that I was sad and comforted me. They asked us to go back to the room to rest first and call us immediately if there was any news... I didn’t have the heart to rest when I returned to the room. I was very upset... I never thought that after about two hours, I called the taxi driver to send it back. I was so grateful (there were credit cards, UnionPay cards and exchanged dirhams in it. Although there were not many US dollars and RMB, they affected our use). Thank you very much! The driver asked us to count in person... To express my gratitude, I thanked them heavily!

On our first night at the hotel, although we chose separate beds, we were told the room was ok and we had to sleep in a double room. They fixed it back the next day. Apart from that, the cleanliness and breakfast were really good.

Good hotel. Using the attached tripcom, I took three nights with a 50% discount (at the hotel they were surprised to learn the price), I wanted to extend it for another three days, but it was 2 times more expensive, even on a trip) apparently I took it on last minute)
The hotel is awesome, right in the middle of Dubai. The metro doesn't seem far away. There are transfers there somewhere. Breakfast is good. Madasa is prepared very well. Basik is there, I haven’t seen him.
