This is a B&B, not a hotel. B&Bs don’t have stars, but hotels do. When I arrived at the front desk, the front desk asked me what room number I had? I said I haven't checked in yet, why do I have a room number? The front desk told me to contact my agent and they would send me an email. I don’t think Ctrip has ever done anything like this? ! Then I contacted Ctrip and they said someone would pick me up and would come in 10 minutes. I waited, and the hotel front desk contacted the local owner. The owner chatted with me for a while and asked me to pay a deposit of 1,000 dirhams and a cleaning fee of 200 dirhams. This kind of thing has never happened on Ctrip. I would find it very strange. The owner sent me a link to my email and asked me to pay 1,200 dirhams. I didn’t know whether the link was safe. There are no slippers in the room, and there are no toiletries. A little scary.

Not luxury at all, cleanliness was poor on arrival and bedding/pillows were oh poor quality and dirty!
