A good apart-hotel for a reasonable price. The downside is that you have to drive to all the interesting places, but it’s not far, the rooms are simple. There are a sufficient number of shops and restaurants nearby.

The apar**ent is rather spacious, well furnished and well equipped. The staff is always smiling, available and attentive. The neighborhood is rather quiet.
It's just a little far from the center of Dubai (20/30 minutes by taxi), otherwise nothing to complain about.

Grand heights feels like home. I’ve lived here for over a year now and the only reason I’d leave is if I’m going out of the country. One of the many people who have made my stay more convenient and remarkable is Laxmi. She is the BEST cleaning lady I’ve ever come across and anyone who knows me knows I don’t play with my cleaning.

The hotel is very clean. The receptionist is so accommodating with all our concerns. The rate is cheap and reasonable with their services. Good job and keep up the best work! I'm nit sure if I remembered the name of the girl 'jeline'. She is very welcoming.

The 1st thing I found was a roach in the frig....which means that things don't get thoroughly cleaned.
Be prepared to bring your own blow dryer as theirs has no power--it literally would not even move a piece of paper.
The "drying rack" is nothing more than a cable in the shower---don't expect items to get dry---they are hanging in the bathroom where people are taking showers---duh.
Adaptor---be sure to get an electrical adaptor of your own---the list says one is included but it is not.
You have to "rent" a garage entry fob---the problem is nobody can agree on how much it is...I was told it was 100 aed and my son was told it was 400 aed---and it has to be in cash---they will not use a credit card or even a debit card.

We had a great stay at Grand Heights. The service was top notch, the location close to the metro, and it was easy to get around Dubai by public transport or taxi.
The hotel has a good café, where we started the day with a fantastic breakfast and good coffee.
