They had to cancel the booking due to location but never cancelled even through the cancellation was 2 minutes after booking. This hotel is very far from the airport and not as displayed. Please beware.

This is the best choice (within hotel apartments) for staying in Dubai JBR with family. The sea is within 5-10 minutes to walk, depending on the place you want enter to the beach. The apartment is standard for JBR's houses and contains everything required for normal life with family, including equipped kitchen. The staff at Reception is very nice. Cleaning is provided every day. You may order breakfast in the small cafeteria next to Reception for 49 AED only. Again, I 100% recommend this hotel apartment, especially for those who stays with their families and for long-staying persons.

The hotel is not well maintained and was quite run down. Also, there was no driveway for tourist pick-up.

This is an apart-hotel in one of the most prestigious areas of Dubai - JBR. To the city beach - a stone's throw, 7-12 minutes to go. The apartments are located in one of the yellow houses (Sadaf block, Sadaf 3) and were one of the first built in the area in the early 2000s. We chose the most inexpensive apartment on the 3rd floor, two-room (1 bed room): a bedroom of 10 meters, a living room of 25 meters and a kitchen of 7 meters. From the furniture there is everything you need, also utensils in the kitchen, a large Samsung smart TV in the living room, a safe in bedroom. In the courtyard there is a store like Pyaterochka or Magnit and a swimming pool for hotel residents, it has sunbeds and towels. Cleaning of the apartment is normal, every day. Reception staff are friendly and ready to help at any time. The hotel is 100% recommended for families and for long stays!
