The hotel occupies a large area and has a beautiful environment. It is recommended to stay in a single-family villa. It is an oasis in the desert. There seems to be a horse farm.

Very recommended hotel. The waiters were super enthusiastic. They gave us a dessert in the room when we checked in, which was very warm. The room is super big, the largest hotel I have ever stayed in. There is a swimming pool and a horse farm next to it, where various equestrian activities are sometimes held. The hotel is about twenty minutes' drive from the city. It's only ten minutes' drive from Longcheng.

The attitude of the front desk service is arrogant, asking for a tip clearly. Electrics are old and mostly broken.

I think this hotel is close to Longcheng. The service is general, the facilities are outdated, and the price is outrageous! So there's a reason for the low score. It's not wrong at all! I told the waiter directly that I would never come here again! ! !

In general quite nice place with eco-friendly environment. Rooms with very nice design, swimming pool with warm water. Good place for city staycation. Epicure restaurant with tasty food and affordable prices. Had small issue during our stay, but thanks to Fares who helped us to sort everything.

High quality service, food, etc. Long pool (38 meters) feasible for lap swimming. Room was very nice. Pleasure to be bubbled outside the city intensity. Only quibble is the fact that the fitness club could use a few individual weight machines.

The best service ever, jeanette, beljo, bindiya and kavinda provided the best experience. I was there at epicure, rare and shisha lounge and they made me feel like home. Very respectful and friendly. They deserve 10 stars for their service and they are truly an asset to Melia Desert Palm.

This is my favourite place. It's very relaxing and quiet. Perfect to go when u just want to recharge from overload work and crowd environment. I used to come here with my wife and friends. The last time i came here, they were having some 30th melia celebrations, surprisingly, that they offered us a complimentary drink and snacks. What a very good hospitality. Thank you, Mary, for taking care of us always and for not letting us be out of place on that day❤️ as well the african lady and filipino waiter give us snack bites.
