一切都很滿意，就是前台的服務延續性不好。入住時説好了可以延遲到下午三點退房，結果第二天換一個人不認賬了！非要十二點退房！據理力爭打了一架，才同意兩點退房！

我們一家三口入住這家酒店，雖然這次在杜拜轉機，衹住一晚，但是這家酒店給我們留下了深刻的印象。大堂經理會説中文，給免費升級了沙漠景觀套房，房間很寬敞，裝修和軟裝佈置充滿了阿拉伯風情。當天下午入住後，我們到沙漠邊緣參加了騎駱駝和鷹隼合影的免費項目。之後帶小朋友在無邊泳池裡玩了一會兒。第二天本來想再往沙漠深處走走，但是趕上下雨，所以就在酒店內拍照遊覽了一番。

非常漂亮的飯店，可以在裡面一整天，可以免費騎駱駝，氛圍很不錯
距離有一點遠，基本只能搭計程車去，從市區過去大概1個小時

這是我們本次旅行的最後一晚，有一個非常完美的收官體驗.
酒店給我們升級了房間，雖然我覺得不升級應該不會差，但是情緒價值拉滿…
我們衹住了一晚，選擇了最有特色的AI HEAD…餐廳（名字難拼）雖然貴，但看了駱駝和馬兒的表演也非常值得了！
泳池非常贊！早餐也不錯，生態環境很好
體驗了騎駱駝，和falacon拍了照，小童區玩了，親子度假值滿分

非常非常喜歡的沙漠酒店，離杜拜市區不遠，自駕前往很方便，酒店內處處是風景，從辦理入住就享受到貼心的服務，建築風格彷彿置身一千零一夜裡，每一個角落都能打卡，酒店裡麪就有多個餐廳，西式為主，沒吃自助餐，也可以單點，還嘗試了免費的騎駱駝活動，開心的旅遊體驗！

施設全体がおしゃれで可愛いです。エキシポシティを観光した後に移動したため、124ディルハムで現地に着きました。子供連れの家族が多かったです。無料でラクダに乗ることができます。プールサイドにはボードゲームやチェスなどあります。
夜ご飯はNiniveというレストランに行き、Chicken tagineとCuscus(lamb)を頼みました。両方ともとっても美味しかったですが、特にチキンタジンが味も濃く、今回の旅行で最も美味しいと思うくらいでした。2品ですが、食べきれないくらい量は多かったです。スパークリングウォーター2本をいれて、410ディルハムほどでした。
ホテルのスタッフもとても親切で、相談すると親身に聞いてくれたり、あちらから困ってないか話しかけてくれます。(私の場合、Uberの人が翌日迎えにくると言ってきたので、ホテルの人が電話して断ってくれました)
唯一の欠点は、自然の中にあるホテルのため、ものすごく蚊に刺されます。
