We enjoyed our staying in this hotel. On the check out day we needed to get to the port and the hotel staff helped us to order a taxi.

I went to Burdubai Astoria to have a drink and ordered a beer, however it’s came with flys. I haven’t noticed from the beginning because of darkness, after few ships I found that flys on the beer it was very disgusting, I have informed bar in charge about it, he didn’t care about it. finally they decided to serve me half beer which was made me very upset. I was trying talk to the manager, however he did not ready to talk and doesn’t care about pest control what they served to the Dubai customers. I have paid full amount and returned the beer who offered me half. what a professional and customer service in Dubai !

Looked nothing like the pictures. Very old furnishings, TV didn't work, housekeeping never answered calls in the night, shower fitting and taps almost worked
