I made a reservation during the day to store my luggage. I arrived only half an hour earlier than the agreed time, but the front desk refused to handle it and asked me to wait. The room is very shabby and smells terrible

this is very good experience & best hotel in Deira Dubai. Food was Excellent , Staff is friendly , Lobby is gud. I already recommended to other people to visit this hotel in future. i really enjoy this hotel food & swimming pool of the hotel.
